The WaterCAMPWS is committed to creating and maintaining a diverse and qualified body of graduate students. We combine internal recruitment programs from our pool of prepared undergraduate students with recruiting highly qualified students at relevant conferences. The peer-mentorship program provides graduate students with the support and guidance to be successful in their programs.
