The WaterCAMPWS is active not only in the cutting edge of water purification research, but also in raising the awareness of water cleanliness, and other environmental issues to the public at large through museum exhibits and community outreach events. These activities are directed primarily at middle school and elementary aged children with the hope of raising up an environmentally conscious next generation of leaders and consumers.
